Delete your AllOutMaine account
Applies to the website and the AllOutMaine apps for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in at alloutmaine.com or in the AllOutMaine app.
- Tap the gear (Settings) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
It happens right away, every device is signed out, and we email you to confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email Alex@alloutmaine.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 7 days and reply when it's done. Organization accounts are closed this way too.
What's deleted
- Your profile: name, email, password, gender, ZIP code, favorite sports, photo and social links.
- Your Passport: check-ins, stamps, streaks, logged sessions, notes, badges and points.
- Your friends, direct messages, followed places, blocks and notification settings.
- Your sign-ups. You're taken off every game you joined.
- Games you host that haven't happened yet are cancelled, and everyone signed up is told. A drop-in date you started passes to the next person who joined it.
- Phone alert subscriptions and app sign-ins (including an Apple Watch).
What other people keep
- Games you played with other people stay in their Passports (the sport, place and date), without your name.
- On Score Boards you played on, your name changes to "Former player" so everyone's results still add up. A board you started passes to another player on it.
What we keep
- Shop orders, which aren't part of your account, for as long as tax and record-keeping rules require. See the Privacy Policy.
- Our web host's routine backups can hold deleted data for a short time until they're replaced.
